Mission Statement
To promote Yuan Tze Ren Xue
in New Zealand and around the world.
History of the Centre
The Yuan Tze Centre was established in October 2003, initially to bring the teachings of Zhineng Qigong
and Ren Xue to those who
wished to improve their health and develop their potential.
Many classes and seminars were conducted for
this purpose, along with Qi healing sessions for
individuals and groups. CDs of the methods of
Zhineng Qigong were compiled to facilitate
practice.
The next step of the Centre’s development was the commencement of the Qigong Teachers’ and Therapists’ Training Programme in April 2004. This eight-level programme was conducted in two-week blocs and concluded in August 2006. Over 100 people participated in this intensive programme, focussing on life development and on the methods of Zhineng Qigong.
This programme was recorded and the teaching programme is now available in DVD format both for aspiring teachers and for individuals who have an
interest in improving health and life.
The first four levels of the course have been used
to compile a book “Voyage to the Shore – An
Invitation to Enhance Your Health and Develop
Your Life” which was published in March 2008.
Current Directions
The regular Qigong classes and Qi therapy sessions in Wellington and elsewhere are now being conducted by teachers who have gained their qualifications through the Qigong Teachers’ and Therapists’ Training Programme. This is to enable Yuan Tze to focus on compilation of the remainder of a series of books exploring Qigong and life development in greater depth. Yuan Tze will only be teaching in person during retreats and when giving occasional lectures. Group healing will take place in conjunction with lectures.
Long Term Goals
The purpose of Yuan Tze Ren Xue is to benefit all human beings. In order to help people achieve good health and elevate life, qualified teachers from all over the world will use their skills to promote Yuan Tze Ren Xue. When conditions are right, they will establish branches of the Centre in their own areas. In fact, centres have already been established in Motueka, New Zealand and in Heidelberg, Germany.
It is intended that Yuan Tze Centre will become a
world centre with a Qigong therapy unit, a training and education unit and a Qigong Science Research
unit. This centre will also use new models for
sustainable food production, for manufacture of
goods and for all other aspects of day-to-day
existence. The ultimate goal will be the
development of a village to realize the philosophy
of Qigong and Yuan Tze Ren Xue in
every aspect of life. This village will be a living demonstration of a new paradigm, sowing the
seed for elevation of life for the whole of humanity.
